CLASSES
Manager's food safety certification classes are taught by an instructor that has worked in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. We explain how and why each task is important. Our commitment to the student is that if they have any Food Safety questions for the 5 years following the class, we will answer the question.
CONSULTING
Consulting work is completed by Richard Caster who has a master's degree in food safety (Michigan State University 2023) and has worked in the industry for over 40 years before becoming a food safety certification instructor and restaurant consultant. We instruct and consult with over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry. We fix what others cannot fix. Try us, you will like us.
