I am not an instructor who just dictates what the regulations are taught in the class. I train why they are important and what the regulation accomplishes. I am not an instructor who has never worked in food establishments but still wants to dictate your job to you. I have over 55 years’ experience working in restaurants managing and leading my crews to be food safe and financially successful. I have worked in small restaurants with just 10 employees on the schedule and large restaurants with 135 employees on the schedule. I have managed single restaurants and in corporate restaurants.
My food safety knowledge is both a working knowledge, from working in and managing restaurants for over 55 years, and through education ( Master of Science in Food Safety from Michigan State University having graduated and received my degree in May of 2023.).
I have also taken classes in training both in formal education and in Corporate Training Centers.
Food Safety Certification classes are offered at my office at 131 Airport Road, second floor room 2, Warwick, Rhode Island 02889, and onsite for groups of 4 or more. Onsite classes may be scheduled in any of the New England states (travel fees may be required).
