Mission Statement: I have worked in the restaurant industry as a manager, an owner, and then as a consultant for over 50 years. I have opened, converted, and fixed restaurants. I have implemented Health Department changes and pride myself in being able to train people to accomplish tasks the easy way.  I am innovative and have never failed in improving a food operation. 

I will complete my task, teaching, training or consulting, in a manner that can be easily understood and remembered or scheduled and completed in an efficient and easy to manage manner. 

Health Department Mandated Consulting  -- I work with restaurants to comply with Health Department regulations. With management, we set up easy to follow procedures and perform training to meet standards compliance. 

Caster Consulting will represent you at RI Health Department informal hearings and will facilitate interaction with the inspectors and their supervisors.

I am available to respond to a need within hours of being contacted. Caster Consulting is available early mornings, days, nights and weekends when necessary.

Consulting to improve the facility -- Many of my mandated clients have maintained weekly, bi-monthly, monthly or quarterly services to maintain compliance and improve the operation.

The most difficult job a manager or owner has is to walk into work each day and open their eyes. I provide new eyes and new ideas.

I can provide a "guest's view" of the operation which may be very enlightening.

Caster Consulting helps maintain Health Department compliance  and keeps owners informed of new emphasis and regulations. I can help set up new or needed procedures.

Caster Consulting can also help with labor costs, food costs, utility costs, maintenance costs and other costs.


HACCP Procedures -- Caster Consulting has produced HACCP, or SAFE FOOD, plans for restaurants and catering companies. I have produced HACCP plans for Sushi, Delivery, Cooling, Reduced Air packaging, and food displayed using time as a controlling factor.
